MEET YOUR RETREAT ARCHITECT

I know how much focus and energy it takes to lead a retreat — because I've been in the wellness industry for over 10 years myself.

I started The Retreat Atelier because I wanted wellness professionals and private clients to have an easeful, enjoyable experience without sacrificing creative control. You bring the vision. I handle everything else.

We work on a commission basis — which means no large upfront fees and no conflict of interest. Our compensation is tied directly to the success of your retreat, so our goals are completely aligned from day one. The specifics are tailored to each retreat and discussed openly on our first call.

  • That's exactly what we’re there for. Our global network means we work with contacts we trust, and our on-site support option means you're never handling unexpected changes alone. You focus on your clients — we handle whatever comes up.

  • Everything starts with your vision. Unlike a retreat center that designs around what they offer, we design around what you want. Your brand, your audience, your intentions — every detail reflects you.

  • Our job is to handle the heavy lifting so yours is as light as possible. Beyond our initial conversations and a few key decisions along the way — like approving the itinerary and confirming bookings — most of the work happens on our side. You stay informed and involved without being overwhelmed.

  • Absolutely. Everything starts with your vision and nothing gets decided without your input. We handle the logistics and bring ideas to the table, but every key decision — the destination, the schedule, the feel of the experience — reflects you and your brand. Think of us as the people who make your vision happen, not the people who replace it.

  • That's not part of what we do — and it's worth being clear about this upfront. We don't market your retreat to a new audience or find clients on your behalf. The audience comes from you. What we can do is support you with marketing strategy and guidance so you can promote your retreat to the people you already have with confidence.

  • That's entirely up to you. Hannah can join as a co-presenter if that's something you'd like — but it's not required. Her default role is behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on leading your clients.
