Everything starts with your vision. Unlike a retreat center that designs around what they offer, we design around what you want. Your brand, your audience, your intentions — every detail reflects you.

Our job is to handle the heavy lifting so yours is as light as possible. Beyond our initial conversations and a few key decisions along the way — like approving the itinerary and confirming bookings — most of the work happens on our side. You stay informed and involved without being overwhelmed.

Absolutely. Everything starts with your vision and nothing gets decided without your input. We handle the logistics and bring ideas to the table, but every key decision — the destination, the schedule, the feel of the experience — reflects you and your brand. Think of us as the people who make your vision happen, not the people who replace it.

That's not part of what we do — and it's worth being clear about this upfront. We don't market your retreat to a new audience or find clients on your behalf. The audience comes from you. What we can do is support you with marketing strategy and guidance so you can promote your retreat to the people you already have with confidence.

We work with a carefully curated network of boutique hotels, luxury villas, and retreat venues around the world, including Paris, Biarritz, London, Milan, Bangkok, and beyond. Every retreat is different, so we'll carefully match you with the destination and venue that best fit your vision, audience, and goals.

We specialize in wellness retreats, but we also support a wide range of experiences, including women's retreats, writers' retreats, corporate retreats, leadership retreats, creative retreats, and conferences.

We begin with a discovery call to learn about your vision, audience, and goals. From there, we handle every aspect of planning—from venue sourcing and budgeting to profitability strategy, logistics, and marketing support. You'll be involved in every key decision while we take care of the details, so you can focus on creating an exceptional experience for your guests.

For most retreats, we recommend allowing 9–18 months for planning, with around 12 months being ideal. More lead time gives you the best choice of venues, more time to market your retreat, and a smoother planning process, so we encourage you to reach out as early as possible.

The specifics are tailored to each retreat and discussed openly on our first call. We work on a commission basis — which means no large upfront fees and no conflict of interest. Our compensation is tied directly to the success of your retreat, so our goals are completely aligned from day one.

That's entirely up to you. Hannah can join as a co-presenter if that's something you'd like — but it's not required. Her default role is behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on leading your clients.
