Lori Coleman-Brown is a Pilates educator, physical therapist, teacher, teacher trainer, featured presenter in the popular website Pilatesology, and author.
She traces her Pilates lineage directly to Joseph Pilates through her teacher and mentor Romana Kryzanowska and is honored to be one of Romana’s hand chosen teacher of teachers.
Highly sought after nationally and internationally for her thoughtful, fun and effective approach to doing and teaching Classical Pilates; when Lori isn’t teaching Pilates workshops around the world, she is the Director of Education at Atlas Pilates in Seattle where she also teaches her regular weekly clients.
Katie Kahumoku is a Romana certified Classical Pilates instructor, teacher trainer, mentor, presenter, and studio owner with over 25 years of Pilates teaching experience.
A member of Lori Coleman-Brown’s trusted presenter team, Katie’s approach is informed by her own dedicated practice, which has helped her heal several injuries.
The personal connection she has with clients is very important to her, and she has built her career on the belief that Pilates and hard work can at the very least reduce, and most of the time eliminate pain.
In addition to her original certification and testing with Romana, Katie has done graduate work with Lori Coleman-Brown and Chris Robinson.
